Pennies for Patients with the Leukemia and Lymphoma society.
Students collect donations over 2-3 week period of your school’s choice. Money is collected from friends and family in honor of a local student blood cancer survivor. The winning class is eligible to win an Olive Garden hospitaliano luncheon! The school is also eligible to win gift cards and prizes!
Each case manager will have a donation box for their classroom. There is also a giving page online for our school:

High School Service Learning with Open Space Pollinator Garden.
The success of Pollinator Garden, and extended landscaping is due to volunteers. Watering, weeding, compost maintenance, planting, harvesting, and interpretation are among the essential tasks in the garden.

6th Graders service learning with Mandy’s Farm
Mandy’s farm provides highest-quality services to individuals with Developmental Disabilities. They foster an environment of inclusion and encourage individuals to express their dreams and desires.
The student volunteers role at Mandy’s Farm is very essential. There are a variety of projects that the students will be able to participate in as part of service learning.

NAMI (national alliance on mental illness) WALKS
NAMI is the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization. NAMI provides advocacy, education, support and public awareness so that all individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives.
The walk is designed to help support and raise awareness.
