Quality of Education Survey

This survey is mandated by state law [NMSA 22-2C-11 D.] to allow parents the opportunity to provide anonymous feedback on their child’s education. The first 10 questions are the same for all schools and are set by the Public Education Department (PED). Additional questions are constructed by district school boards, schools and teachers.  The results from the survey are published in theSchool District Report Card on the PED website (“A to Z Directory,” “District Report Card”).

              The GREAT Academy staff prides itself in providing the best in educational opportunities to our students.  We appreciate your input and ask that we receive the highest marks possible on each item.  We welcome your input through this survey and in a variety of other ways.  Please be aware that we hold parent meetings on a monthly basis to provide you with information about our school and things you need to support your child toward success.  We also welcome information that you feel will help us to be the best at what we do.

              Please fill out the survey and return it to school by Thursday, April 6th.   This survey can be accessed on our website www.thegreatacademy.org to be printed, filled out and returned to the school.  You can also fill out the survey online by going to the PED website at ped.state.nm.us>click A-Z Directory>click Quality of Education Survey> click “Take a Survey” on the left> create a username (not your real name) and answer the survey questions.
