We are pictured with Jennifer from Clear Channel Airports, which is a section of the Clear Channel company that deals strictly with advertising in airports. We got insight on the politics and process that goes on between the cities, the airport, and Clear Channel. This was eye-opening for the students to know the politics side of marketing that a lot of agencies must adhere to. The Sunport was voted the 2nd most artistic airport in the nation behind Denver, but because of this some artifacts must stay in their areas even if it is a prime advertising location. Very interesting and great experience for the students to see how various business must interact.
